Before you become a Care Staff just make sure you know the differences in conditions a resident in care might have cause any violence such as abuse and bullying can result in loss of life from Care Staff lack of knowledge on residents in care health problems.
Abuse and bullying contributes to the fate of residents in care if Care Staff do that with the residents been vulnerable and fragile in their condition.
Reports are popping up on the News all the time about Care Staff abusing and bullying indignity to residents in care and Care Staff that have done that ended up in court and probably arrested for it.
Already has been murders in a Care Home in Summerset that you've probably heared about cause the two couples who was Care Staff abused the residents in care and now they are in Jail for murder of the residents in care.
It's a shame that some Care Staff are like that cause you would thought those Care Staff would want to make residents in Care better or feel confertable if can't get any better and help them to live in peace and harmony where ever the residents in care choose.
Well doesn't seem that way to me after what I've heared on the News.
My mum who lives in care was forced into Care 12 years ago by 2 Social Workers and a Care Manager and when my mum is wanting to get a Flat of own away from Care her Care Staff stop her from doing so in more ways than one.
Care Staff at my mum's Care Home make excuses up by manipulation and brainwashing her to believe she's worse than she is when not.
Care Staff there use excuses such as cause she can't store all information in her head and we did that cause we was up set and love her.
That's no excuse for stopping my mum wanting to leave care for a place of own away from Care.
If they did care for her and loved her then they wouldn't have done that to her.
Even I can't stall all information in my head and have Asthma and an operation on my neck that's effected my speaking and Asthma still I don't live in care and have my own place away from care cause it's not seriously disabled me in mind and mobility.
Still can do things for my self without Care Staff and Social Workers around me 24 hours so it ain't wrong nor illegal for one wanting to get a place of own away from Care as her Care Staff seem to think so.
My mum has had a place of own away from Care before, twice and when Social Workers and Care Manager came for her at her 2nd Flat was taken from it with no choice whilst was getting better in Hospital.
What those Social Workers and Care Manager did was wrong and illegal.
The 2 Social Workers had been sacked for that.
That's what Social Workers and Care Staff are really like with people in my area.
Passed my concerns on to Care Manager and Social Services no help and tried everywhere else doesn't seem to improve my mum still in Care and health conditions still the same cause both of us believe they don't seem to want you to get any better nor they don't care.

What I don't like to hear is when Care Staff say cause he/she's a retard when residents in care or those who aren't in care have something wrong them it's not cause their retards. It's cause they've got health problems conditions which could be perminent forever or not.
Care Staff that use such words cause he/she's a retard it's cause those type of Care Staff don't know a residents in care condition from that type of Care Staff lack of knowledge and stupidty leaks.
Hope things improve for the better in that system cause it's all our future in their hands when we get old in our 60's 70's 80 and 90's and even 100's now.
Believe me you wouldn't want to be treated like that in Care if you end up in Care. It will do one day when your very old if you can't find your self able to do the things from old age that happens to us all in the end.
From restrictions of nutricion and real dr's perscription and the right to the equal quality of life away from Care.

None of us don't like been disabled in mind nor mobility.
Care Staff and Social Workers and any other party that are involved with them that do that to residents in care or to anyone who's not in care with them ain't fit to work and must be sacked.
No one in the right mind wouldn't do such a thing to residents in care and those that aren't.
I feel sorry for those that go through it with Care Staff and
Social Workers who instigate it and then those type of Staff are check out to see if their all right.
That's what the United Kingdom is really like in that system.

Please don't put everyone is one boat. Not everyone is welding knives and killing everyone or injecting them with drugs.
The health sector is in a poor state and efforts from both from the public and the working professionals will put it right.
