Please help I am starting my nvq 3 today my first core unit is HSC31 and I just don't know how to start my writing off I am really worried and getting so fustrated please can you help me.

you should have some questions 1-- 28(for example), these are straight forward question and answer.
before that you will have 2 or 3 reflective accounts to do, all these are is writing like an essay on when you are in a clients, start from the beginning, from when you go in with id, then tell how you communicate with the client, if it sounds basic, thats ok, its what you do. you will find that everything appears to repeat itself, we all find that. don't stress out over it, once you've done the first one, you'll be flying.

Another way is think of how you would want someone to communcate with you .Put yourself in there shoes. Good luck
