Hi to you all who work in Nursing Homes/Assessors/Managers,

As I mentioned last week, I have just started my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care Level 3, I now need a bit of advise on the best units to select from the optional units as there are so many of them. I work in a Nursing Home where Nursing Care is given. I am a Senior Care Assistant but do not give medication. Please assist.

choose the units you deal most with, in other words the things you do every day, it'll be easier. why not try communication(you do that every day!), bereavement? keep away from the medication units.

Hi netty35, If you mean how do you ask your own question on this forum page? you click on new topic at the top of the introduction page, and ask away!!!!
