I am stressing over questions 8,9,10 + 11
Its all legislation, policies and procedures
which seem impossible to plough through
would be so grateful for any help:

Childrens Act 1983
POCA (?) i think. Heard of the term but dont work with children.
Data Protection act
freedom of information act 2000

Discuss with your assessor if stuck or ask work colleagues. Also refer to the organisation's policies and procedures. They will mention legislation in them
