sorry i havent got those questions are you doing hsc 35 ive answerednearly the whole unit not mnv though

YES hsc 35 on level 3 but a lot of our questions seem to differ from those on here

The standards for unit HSC 35, and all the others, are the same for everyone. Each assessor has their own set of questions to gather the knowledge evidence. Some make up their own questions or use ones supplied by their training organisation. Others find sets of questions from sites on the web.

I rarely give my candidates lists of questions to answer as the evidence can be gathered through any of the evidence methods - direct obs and verbal questions, reflective accounts, witness testimonies etc.

hi im doing unit nvq 3 and im stuck on a queation on unit 35 "How and where did you record what happened." ive already stated that i record all contact with clients, other agencies and professionals on the database and these records are factual, dated and initialled with any actions that need doing.' is this enough or do i need to add more. help!

Hi magsy,

This is about your records and reports on suspicion of danger, harm and abuse not just records in general. You need to name the record/report books you used - day book, accident book, individual's records etc. and say what you wrote e.g. did you include/avoid your own opinions because sometimes they are appropriate but sometimes not.

Each of the units asks for knowledge on records and reports they are similar i.e. accurate, stored safely etc. but they do differ according to the information being recorded.
