hey sorry my assessor has my folder but the main legislation here is the Data Protection Act 1998. Plus possibly the Human Rights Act 1998 as your service users have the right to have their infomation kept private and confidential. your local procedure will be the confidentiality policy your company has. i hope this helps a bit, Tom x
