A conflict could occur between the individual's choices and risk to their, and possibly other's, health and safety e.g.

The individual wants to keep their bedroom window open at night but as it is on the ground floor it could allow intruders to enter. What would you do to resolve this?

Try to think of of an actual incident that happened in your workplace.
