hi emmy im busy with this unit aswell, its a nightmare!!! q 5 would be looking at your code of practice which your company should of gave you, if not ask for one, most of the answers to this q will be in there. q6 look at your companies policys and proceedures they should all be listed in them. mine were. good luck.
