Doing unit 33 reflect on and develop your own practise got quite a good lot of help on KS just dont know how to start the performance criteria i just feel so stupid at minute as i have managed my other units with minumal help. Can this be answered as questions or does it have to be a reflective account. Tried contacting my assesor but think she is on holiday. Have to have this in on tuesday very greatful for any help

You will need to be observed for the PCs. A lot can be covered in an appraisal with your line manager. I cover quite a bit by doing a skills scan with my candidates before they start their NVQ. We then develop a learning plan and review this at regular intervals.

Any new learning - from training, new roles undertaken, feedback from individuals and others can be reflected on and any new learning needs can be planned for.

You could make a chart with training undertaken or new things you have done etc in one column and what you learned from it in another. You could also add any further identified learning needs in another column

Much of the KS evidence should also cover some of the PCs.
