hello all, for some known reason I have not covered these pc can some one give me an idear as I need to write a relfective covering them. I am pulling my hair out. my assessor is meeting with me next week.

i wrote about a gentlemen who had severe hearing difficulties,contacting local hospital about getting aids fixed/replaced,making appts with approriate persons,informing familys, etc.ensuring the service user was not isolated in his room,making sure he still had support from myself, i.e writing info down for him to read, putting his tv on to text, informing him about a fire drill was taking place, asking him if there was anything i needed to do by writing everything down,im sure once u start it will come easy for you. i was at a loss as to what to write but once i started i ended up writing more then they actually needed ! hopes this helps u a little bit.
