Can anyone help with an answer to this please. My sister is going to start her level 2, she has previously passed the K100 through the open university, she was told it covered the underpinning knowledge for NVQ at level 3, but her assessor says it does not count towards her level 2. Is this correct?

They would need to look and see if it could be APL.

Their assessor. The candidate would need to produce a certificate. I would aoso think a copy of waht was covered in the course plus the assignments submitted and any other relevant info.
