I wonder If I can do NVQ level 4 without deputy position??

I notice you can found so many courses on internet, direct learn, where I know u pay big ammount but at list you can still learn towards NVQ level 4.

You have to be able to collect evidence in your everyday role and or be assesed to meet requirements. Therefore, for example in HSC43 you have to be for example developing others in your role. In HSC42 do you develop policies and risk assessments with dealing with violence? In HSC45 have you managed a POVA incident?


It is genuinely very hard if you are not in a Deputy or Manager's role.

the observations are crucial... they cover so much.. i personally wouldnt recommend anyone to do a level they arent working at.
