hi aunti Sue glad to know that ur fine

please help me with these quistions

1)Why is it important to monitor an individual progress within a particular qulification?

2)How can the progress made by an individual candidate help us to improve our own performance and skills as an assessor ?

3)Why is it important that we ensure that our own assessment and technical skills are kept up to date ?

Hi emily,

1. Monitoring ensures that progress is maintained. Problems, difficulties and learning needs can be identified and addressed. Monitoring progress is required in the NVQ assessment process.

2. We develop our own practice from experiences of the positive and negative progress of our candidates. We learn what can work and what is unlikely to be useful. It can help us to identify our own development needs so that they can be addressed.

3. Professionalism requires us to ensure that we work within current standards. Assessors with up to date knowledge and skills provide employers, candidates and awarding bodies with confidence in assessment decisions.

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue

Hi consna

Anyone you give a service to is your customer, details of your occupation would help.

The basic difference is that your internal customers are stuck with you whereas external customers have a choice of where to obtain the services they need.

Tell me your occupation and I'll expend on this.

Dave

A team leader in which type of organisation?

Not sure I understand "assignment A2, task 2 and 03 task 1"

From your original post, I assumed you were doing an NVQ in Customer Service, can you clarify?

Dave
