can u plz help with my question on unit 375 ks 8 describe some of the factors that may affect someones comfort or dignity during drug administration, explaining how u would minimise their effects.

hi donna, how would you like to be treated when been given medication?
explain what the medication is, if there is an alternative to a tablet,
use a method of administering the meds sutiable to the patient, syringe, spoon, disolved.
the rest of the ward does not have to assist so be conciderate of the patients confidentiality
and dignity. the patient may want a sceen drawn around the bed on a ward.

ive stated my level 3 and im doing unit 358 on skin breakdown and im stuck i know about waterlow assessment and different types of grades etc i justnt sure how to start writing got a total block ad this needs to be in like now
