Hi loopylu

The best place to start looking is your local college or adult education centre. They run these sort of courses but you will need to find two NVQ candidates to take through the assessment process in order to gain the evidence required for your A1 portfolio.

Another option is to get a job as a trainee assessor with a training provider and then you can train whilst being paid!

Hope this helps.

Dave

This role will oversee candidates delivering NVQs and Apprenticeship awards in Health and Social Care, this will involve training, reviewing and assessing of learners on the training Programmes.

Hi SueCarole, Don't panic!
Have you spoken to your A1 assessor? The assessor should support you with your award, but you need to tell them if you are struggling

I am not sure what you mean by the "communication profile review" - is this for unit 31 or is this for your A1? If it is for a unit then the candidates answers should cover some or all of the knowledge specification .
Let me know if this helps.

Hi, I've posted some questions on the forum, I've noticed quite a lot of people have read my post but nobody has replied. I know I might sound impatient, but I was wondering if you could give me an idea of when I'm likely to get a response. Is there another way I could contact the right people to get a quicker response?

I apologise for being impatient but I was really hoping to use the forum on a regular basis if I could, and I'm really keen to get started.

I was also wondering if it's possible to check to see who and how many members are on-line and reading a particular forum.

Thanks for your time.

Hi Isettaman. My questions are in the Assessors Forum under the heading "Some Info Please." Aunty Sue got back to me and has given me some great information.

I look forward to all the input available and to find a network of people I can communicate with.

Cheers!
