I have recently started my LMCS course. I am required to write 4 narratives, starting with; Quality Assurance,ie: How I plan compliance with performance standards and effectively review and evaluate the differing aspects of H&S monitoring, relevant to my work! Anyone got a clue on how to present all the info in narrative form??? Is there an example, even if it's a comlpetely different topic that I can have a look at and use it as a guide to my narrative??? Please Help!!!

Talk to your assessor about what they want specifically. Seems like they want some reflective accounts. I have some examples if you need any.

I have NVQ 4 Management, done whilst Deputy Manager @ a childrens home. I am now moving onto be the manager. Do I still need to NVQ 5 LMC and hopefully be able to transfer some of my units achieved whilst doing the 4? If so does anyone know which units?
